Android device management, made simple for small business.
NounDesk helps small businesses manage their company-owned Android phones and tablets without needing an IT department. We built it because we believe small businesses deserve the same control and security as big companies, without the complexity or the price tag.
Our story
In January 2026, the three of us lost our jobs on the same morning. Twenty years in marketing, eighteen in development, twelve in design, and all of it ended in a fifteen-minute meeting.
The months that followed were hard. There were difficult conversations with our families, bills that did not wait, and job applications that went unanswered. But as the shock settled, we started asking a different question: what could we build with everything we had learned?
The answer came from the small business owners around us. Plumbers, clinics, delivery companies and retail shops all ran their businesses on Android devices, and all struggled with the same problems: lost phones, unsecured data, unwanted apps, and no easy way to stay in control.
The tools that existed were built for large corporations with IT teams. They were complicated, expensive and overwhelming for a business with ten or twenty devices.
We knew what it felt like to be left behind. So we decided to build the tool small businesses were missing.
That is how NounDesk began.
Our mission
To make Android device management simple, secure and affordable for every small business.
We want a business owner with no technical background to be able to enroll a device, protect company data and recover a lost phone in minutes, not days.
What we believe
Simple beats complicated
If a feature needs a manual to understand, we have not finished designing it.
Honesty builds trust
We tell you clearly what NounDesk does and what it does not do, so you are never surprised.
Fair pricing matters
Small businesses should not pay enterprise prices. One price, $1.50 per device per month, every feature included, no hidden fees.
Security is not optional
Every organization’s data is isolated at the database level, every admin action is written to an audit log that cannot be edited, and destructive actions need a typed confirmation.
We listen
Many of our features started as a conversation with a customer.
Devices, not people
NounDesk never reads messages, calls or browsing, and reports location only while a phone is in lost mode.

Why it matters to us
