A dash means we do not do it. Some are deliberate, such as no bulk erase; others are on the roadmap.
What every plan gives you, whatever you pay
Ten minutes, not a project
Guided onboarding with a live checklist. Scan a QR code on the phone's welcome screen and it enrolls itself. NounDesk runs on Google's Android Enterprise, so there is no agent app to install and nothing of ours to keep patched on the device.
Plain English everywhere
"Screen lock does not meet policy", not a compliance code. Every setting explains what it does and names the Android version it needs, so nothing fails silently on an older phone.
Safe by default
Erasing a device needs its name typed out, and bulk erase is never offered. Policy changes show what will change and how many devices it hits. Nothing is wiped automatically when an employee leaves.
Status you can believe
A command reads "waiting for device" until the phone confirms it, rather than claiming success on send. Offline means not seen in 24 hours, not broken.
Privacy you can explain to your team
No call or message monitoring, no browsing history, no keylogging, and no location outside lost mode. You can tell staff exactly what the phone reports, and point them at the page that says so.

Billing questions
Is there really only one price?
Yes. $1.50 per device per month, every feature included, however many devices you manage. There is no higher tier and nothing is held back for one.
Is there a minimum number of devices?
No. You pay for the devices you have enrolled. One phone is fine, and there is no upper limit either: for more than 50 devices, email support@noundesk.com first.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial covers up to 50 devices and starts without a card. Add one when you decide to continue.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing is charged automatically. Add a payment method in the self-service billing portal to keep going. If you do nothing, your account pauses.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Billing is monthly with no annual contract. Cancel in the billing portal and you are not charged again.
What if I add or remove devices mid-month?
Your bill follows the devices you have enrolled. Retire a device and it stops counting.
What is demo mode?
A free sample fleet of ten devices you can load into any new account and explore every feature, before connecting Google or enrolling a real phone.
What if I have more than 50 devices?
The same price applies. Email support@noundesk.com first so we can make sure the setup suits a fleet that size.
Start with a sample fleet.
Load demo mode, click around, then enroll one real phone when you're ready. No card until you decide.
