Apps

Who: all roles can view. Changes need Owner or Admin.

  1. Go to Apps. Choose Add app and paste a Package name or Google Play link, or pick from Suggested apps (Communication, Email & calendar, Navigation and more). With a Google connection, Google Play lets you browse the real Play catalog.
  2. Adding an app doesn’t install it yet. Open a security policy and mark the app Required (installs automatically), Available (employees can install it) or Blocked.
  3. App compliance shows, for each required app, how many devices have it, are missing it, have an old version or failed to install.
